It’s a delicious, freaky, fast way to get teriyaki without the wait. The customer service is phenomenal, I am always appreciated and respected when I ask for my requests on my bowls. The cashiers are really impressionable and nice with this establishment. The food is not terribly expensive but up there depending on what you order, but I could not finish a regular size bowl in one sitting ever. Basically saying they fill their bowls to the brim, and they do not hold back on any ingredient added because it’s all fresh and hot. The yakisoba and rice are amazing, too. There’s also Sriracha and soy sauce on the side if you prefer with plenty of teriyaki sauce and sweet and sour. Highly recommend this place for a bite. Restrooms and lobby are always clean, too.

Food was really good but costumer service was horrible didn’t get greeted when we walked in and when we were ordering we got eye rolls and she seemed very annoyed we were there, and then right as we sat down her and another coworker started whispering. Also when my husband ordered his food he asked for a large bowl they stated they wjere out but would put the large quantity into the regular bowl but when they brought it to us and he opened it, it was DEFINITELY not the large portion it was honestly less then mine and it was a regular he asked if it was really tje larger portion they said yes and walked away and went into the back so we couldn’t ask anymore questions (definitely got scammed out of our money)

I love teriyaki madness but I ate here the other night with my girl and it made us both sick. She had fish I had chicken. They gave us like the bottom peices of romaine lettuce like the nasty thick brown peices not cut up with no other veggies. And it was absolutely disgusting. The one in Henderson and the one in boulder station I think it is are significantly better locations then this one and I’ll never come to this one again.

Orange chicken on the right. Spicy Chicken bowl to the left…..I came out of my way to dine in at this location has always been my go to when eating Teriyaki Madness. My wife and I waited for 30 min for our food…..her chicken was not done and they made Teriyaki chicken for mine and just tried to cover it up with hot sauce. Unacceptable. Been doing business at this location like i stated for years. I won’t be back. I was told the manager is Maria. Please do better!

The only thing I’m gonna complain about is the service. There is a girl named Karla. She should not be working there. The worst employee I’ve ever experienced in my entire life and I’m not done complaining. I’m calling corporate offices and I am not gonna be finished until this person is no longer employed. And to be honest I’m not sure if that is her name because I called 3 different times and it was hung up on 3 different times trying to get her name!
