My wife just ordered us breakfast (Door Dash). I built my own omelette – gyro meat, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, American cheese. The eggs used to wrap all the ingredients, I’m sure, were poured out of a container. Super thin egg that didn’t look real. Not to mention, the omelette was floating in grease in the box it was delivered in. I took one bite and was grossed out. I could taste nothing but the grease. I also ordered grits, which were flavorless and gross. At least the toast was edible. Would not recommend – food quality needs to be completely overhauled. Pretty bummed, we ordered from here about a year ago and had a great experience.

As a pickup deliverer I’ve witnessed the cashiers treat the customers waiting on food rudely. She is dismissive to anyone inquiring about an order. She specifically said “ You have to move aside so we can seat other customers” to another person waiting on an order as though seated guests are priority (in an half empty restaurant).

I cant comment on the food because I didn’t let it get that far. There is something in a name however and that was my motivation to stop in to try out a new place. I stood there for a minute….there was no sign indicating the seating procedure like at most other places. I finally asked someone and they more or less pointed to sit where I wanted. There wasn’t a single empty table or booth that I wanted to sit at that had been cleaned off yet. I sat in a booth and basically waited for about 10 minutes while a bus boy appeared then disappeared, the guy next to me had to speak up to put his order in and his table wasn’t cleaned off from the previous diners either! It dawned on me at that point that it probably wouldn’t get better. I walked out and went to Big Boy and was seated right away with hot coffee…you know what they say about first impressions!
