Is it possible to leave less than one star??? My order was placed online at 5:38. I called them at 7:20 to ask where the pizza was. The manager told me they are short staffed and the website should not have accepted my order. I told her that regardless of what it should have done, it DID accept my order and charged me. She said they don’t have any drivers but that someone from Door Dash would be there soon and could deliver my pizza. I asked her if it was sitting on the shelf this whole time and she said “no, we wouldn’t send you a cold pizza. We wait for a driver to accept the order and then we make and bake it.” I told her to cancel my order and refund my money. I completely understand the staffing issues, but seriously? This was so unprofessional!

Personally, not a huge fan of Papa John’s but my little one really wanted a pizza so we took that option. Couldn’t get coupons on my phone to load & on a tight budget atm && manager was super nice & helped us get a pizza for what I could afford! Excellent service. We ordered placed an order one evening and watched the pizza tracker diligently. Waiting to see our order go through the different stages. It took forever to move from received order to preparing. After our time window had expired the oder just went to canceled. This was exactly an hour and a half after we ordered. I called the store and guy answered and said that the Doordash app had shut down and this was the reason for our canceled order.He said they were making our order fresh and it would be another 15 minutes. He told us that he would comp us another order the same as this one so that next time it would be free. Fast forward a couple of weeks and we call to get our free order. The lady that sounded super put out that she had to answer the phone said she didn’t see a free order on my account. Ishe said it would be hours later before the manager came in so we just ordered a pizza. At the beginning of the order she said it would be 45 minutes. Then at the end of the call she said an hour. An hour later and I’m waiting at the pick-up window fir around 5 minutes until Sotheby’s same lady came to help me. She came back after looking and said it would be another 30 minutes. For a single pizza? This store has the worst customer service of any other store I have ever done business with. Avoid at all costs. Unless you enjoy waiting forever

Ordered a future delivery online to a business as a thank you and my order was cancelled because I ordered before they were open even though the website allowed me to. The business was expecting the order and it never came “Sorry” was the best answer Papa John’s was able to give. I’ve ordered from here in the past and will not order again in the future.

Poor excuse for a Papa Johns franchise. Pizza was dry where it sat forever. If the wait was going to be that long I would have just picked it up myself. Terrible communication and just tasteless pizza. I’ve had better pizza from gas stations. The manger offered 15% off menu price on next order. What a joke 40$ for some tasteless cardboard. I would advise anyone in the area to avoid ordering from this location.

Waited over three hours for pizza last night. Tried several times to call the store to figure out what was going on, and could never get through. I put a complaint online. Supposedly I am getting a refund. Apparently they had 2 employees walk out before the rush and they couldn’t get the doordash assist to work. But the manager wasn’t very apologetic. Customer service skills go a long way. Just hoping I actually get the refund, and will not be going back to any Papa Johns- not the first time I’ve had issues. The last time I never got a response to my complaint. I definitely appreciate the call I got today.
