A gem in Hanford. My wife and I loved the “cowgirl burger”. I wouldn’t normally go for corned beef and hash, but I tried their special out since it was almost St. Patty’s day, and I’m glad I did. Tasted like good home cooking. Cool to check out the live cow auction as we stepped out of the cafe as well. Overall – satisfied and will return.

Hands down, the absolute BEST chicken fried steak, anywhere! This is the real deal, no frozen product, everything homemade and delicious. Open Mondays & Thursdays only. Service was great! Very attentive to all our needs. Do yourself a favor & go try it out.

Amazing country style food and real friendly service… you will probably need a to go box considering how big the portions are. Make sure you check their hours as they are only open until 2pm Mon-Thursday.

Best breakfast sausage I’ve ever had. I recommend getting the sausage plate they give you 2 thick sausage patty’s 2 eggs really good potatoes, beans and toast. Worth every penny

This is a place that you have to go-to when they are open. As you walk into the building you are met with the smell of livestock from the prior days sales. Then you go into the cafe and smell some homemade cooking that is done from scratch. I ordered the cowboy burger with a salad with french dressing. I was in heaven when I tasted the French dressing. It is so fresh and wonderful I could have a glass just for lunch. I then looked at the burger and smiles.becsuse it was some of the freshest beef that you can find. So juicy and flavorful that I could have fell I to a food coma after that bite. But be warned, that burger is huge and we’ll worth it’s weight in gold. I plan on going back next week to see what else I can enjoy before I go into work.
