Was pleasantly surprised at how good the broth was. I was expecting Clay-Pot level bad, overly sweet food but the pho was actually really good and my food came out in less than 5 minutes. I just felt the portions were a little small but I would eat here again!

Our food was so delicious we ate it before we stopped to think to take a picture! We moved here in 2017 and the one thing we’ve missed was our favorite pho place. We found this place and it has exceeded our expectations and is now our new favorite place. The portions go above and beyond for the price you pay – we were used to getting half the amount for the same price and now we just feel spoiled! We both ordered the #2, which was loaded with meat and included all of our favorite toppings. We also ordered a #7, the spring rolls, and they were so fresh and the peanut sauce was the best I have ever had. We’ve been here twice now, a couple of months apart, and the quality hasn’t changed one bit – still hot and delicious (even to-go!). We sat down to eat our food maybe 40 minutes after we picked up our order and the broth was still hot like it was fresh out of the pot. Truly an authentic taste and flavor and I am so happy to get to enjoy their presence in Waco!

This is the real stuff! In talking to the gentleman at the counter, I found out he came from the Little Saigon area of Orange County. This is the largest population of Vietnamese in the country and the Pho is legendary. As soon as my noodles arrived, I could smell the slight floral aroma of LS pho, and it was as delicious. My new favorite Union Hall restaurant!

Pho was good but a little pricey for what you get (Union Hall food all costs a bit more though). Took 10 minutes to receive the food, which is reasonable. Union Hall is busy because it is close to points of interest downtown; the restaurant was crowded even though it was a weekday. Definitely worth trying if in Union Hall, but I wouldn’t deliberately seek it out.

Ridiculously tiny portion sizes. Chicken looked like it was weighed in grams before being added to bowl of noodles. No sriracha bottles. No hoisin bottles. Girlfriend asked for extra jalapeños and didn’t get it. All around not worth it for $15 bowl of pho.

I got the number 1, Pho My. It was sooooo good! Super fresh, the meat was suoer tender. Also got some vietnamese iced coffee. Had avery good, not overly strong coffee flavor to it. Am def making this my new go to spot for Pho from now on!
