Walking in, looked nice. Was able to place my order easily enough, cashier was friendly and did great. When going to sit with my drink, found there were only 2 tables being used, but still had to walk half the restaurant to find a clean one. When I received my order, had the wrong sandwich, got a regular classic roast beef, dry (no sauce at all, not even Arby’s sauce) instead of a double beef and cheddar, was told to keep the first one they’d make a fresh one. The meat looked way overcooked from what I’m used to at most Arby’s across the country, but thought I’d wait to see what the new one looked like. Once I got the right sandwich, the meat was the same overcooked roast beef, which was also strangely filled with gristle. Sides (mozzarella sticks and jalapeno bites) were great and cooked perfectly. Upon finishing, got up and listened to my shoes stick to the floor all the across the restaurant to refill my drink, and noticed that every garbage can in the restaurant was overflowingly full. Second star is for the sides and cashier only, won’t be back.

Third time tried to eat in the dining room only to be met with a locked door . If you aren’t going to have eat in, then use that big marquee and put “drive in only”. That way people don’t have to waste their time by pulling in the parking lot and go to a restaurant you can actually sit in.

It was awful. I ordered an $11 brisket meal and the fries were hot but taste like d grease, there wasn’t any brisket, it was just a plain roast beef sandwich and the roast beef was dry. Nothing on it. I called several times and could reach anyone. This experience made me not want to eat out anywhere in Whiteville.

Keep driving . at that score!! 94.5!!! I stopped in to try the loaded Mac & Cheese bowl. Long story short, it was poorly made and looked horrible ♀️ this business owner has clearly made their money and doesn’t care what their restaurant is putting out anymore. You would think that with all the new restaurants coming to Whiteville, they would stay on top of their business ♀️ but nope ♀️. Come on!! A freaking 94

I tried their new buffalo wings and was delightfully surprised! All white meat, tasty sauce and a nice crunch texture, recommend. The wings came with fries and I selected their crinkle fries . My guest had a roast beef sandwich adding lettuce and tomato and loved it. I always enjoy the food at Arby’s.

Ordered the new steakhouse wagyu burger and it was pretty good My two complaints on visitation to this location is number one the milkshake machine was not operating and two if you order a large french fry then the fry should be pretty full and pretty hot I found the exterior to be a little on the cool side maybe they have been sitting for a little bit too long before they were served.
