While staying in Chelan this weekend jan 2-4 2015 we decided to order pizza and stay in. The toppings were great and fresh but the pizza dough was RAW! I called to complain but had to give me phone number so somebody with any responsibility would call back. I received a call back but the only response was more pizza which nobody in our group wanted to bother with.

We had a group of 10 guys and Valerie herself waited on us with absolute patience and charm! The food was great, the outdoor seating on the deck upstairs in the sun was welcoming and the service was absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend a stop in for breakfast, even if you’re ordering off the lunch/dinner menu.

The pizza was Great! She definitely didn’t skimp on toppings, fresh and plentiful. Personally checked that everything was ok with us. Nice local art on the wall and still good hours in the off season.

I’ve never been asked or forced to order a beverage to use the bathroom. I plan on contacting the BBB about this. I waited in line to order a drink, asked for TV bathroom code and she said only when you pay for a drink. Worst customer service ever.
