The staff on the day I came in were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean, the food is filling, and they have really tasty Sharkzilla craft soda on tap. The actual burritos are good enough, albeit a bit bland compared to some other establishments.

First time in they put so much sour cream and salsa it was a pretty much a soup. I’m sure there are portions the staff is supposed to use which would have made it edible. If I go back I will have to ask for everything on the side or ask for light everything.

Not friendly. Whenever I come in here to pickup a Doordash order they simply ignore me and do not make an effort to even say “we will be with you shortly”. It also takes them 20+ minutes to prepare a simple 2 minute order. Most of the time when I come in they are standing around doing nothing when they could have been preparing the order awhile. EDIT: One of the workers went to hand me the pickup order and the lady told him not to give it to me. He set the order back down and did not hand me the order. I had to go ask the guy if my order was ready and then he simply went back and handed the order to me. EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!

All of the neat burritos are well maintained and clean. They have good food and quick service. My wife can’t do gluten, she warned them of that and the entire line changed gloves to work on her order. Food was good as always!
