Stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed the sandwiches. Nice twists and excellent flavor combinations. Service was friendly and attentive. Small interior space that would be better suited if there were a few tall bistro style tables. Large well shaded outdoor seating area that could be absolutely beautiful with some minimal attempt at landscaping. Right on the main street, it would look more inviting cleaned up a little.

We hit TASSO for lunch this weekend and I had the “Tasso Junior” sandwich, soup and a cookie and my wife had “the Devil” and both were amazing. Fresh bread, great meat with very unique Tasso Ham flavor. Everything was made with attention and detail and neatly packed in paper and easy to take out with a brown bag vintage appeal. Seriously good and happy the owners chose our City of Eagle to setup shop!

New favorite lunch spot! The food is INCREDIBLE the prices are reasonable and the staff is super chill. Go to Tasso you won’t regret it! I have tried 5 different sandwiches and every single one is phenomenal! The flavors crafted by this chef are amazing!

I really enjoyed this little shop. Excellent food in a super quaint little shop in the heart of Eagle. Good parking. Outdoor seating was cozy and shaded at lunch time. I had the Little Tasso which was NOT little and the smoked salmon potato salad. Wife had the smoked salmon salad. 5 star!

I was recommended by a friend to get the Country Devil sandwich here while in Boise. It wasn’t the best ever, but definitely very high quality and delicious. What made the experience even better was the beautiful indoor and outdoor seating space at Tasso. Unique are pieces and beautiful plants in an industrial setting completed the dining experience! If I had been more hungry I would’ve been really keen to try their spicy tofu salad and kimchi coleslaw. All around, I definitely recommend this place and their great menu + vibe!!
