Customer service leaves a bit to be desired. We had left the house earlier in the morning and were ill prepared for our errands. We had our dog with us, but no water. I stopped in to ask if we could have a bowl of water for our dog. You know the bowls that the cookie dough is made in – one of those. I offered to pay. The manager charged me $3.62 for a bowl of water. I told her I thought that was an excessive price to pay. She lowered the price to $1.50, which I gladly paid that amount. The fact that she wanted to charge me almost $4.00 for a bowl of water is crazy. I will not be giving them any further business. There are a lot of choices for pizza – go somewhere else.

Staff was having a good time. Music was loud when I walked in but before I could get annoyed, they turned it down. Very considerate and I appreciate that. They made my pizza so quickly to where it was done like one minute after I finished paying. The pizza itself was fresh and yummy. Very good experience overall.

They were busy. I could tell there were rude customers on the phone complaining and the employees were handling it with class. I didnt wait very long for my pizza. I asked for extra onions, they obliged with no questions or resistance. They were super nice like always. Love this place. Been coming here for years and I’ll keep frequenting this fine establishment. Keep up the good work!!
