I ordered online got there right at pickup time. Food wasn’t even started, had to wait 15 minutes. Wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience (free drink, water, discount?). Meatlovers pizza was again a disappointment, I will have to find another store to order from.

Me and a buddy ordered a pizza an a 5 count order of bread sticks. Instead of five breadsticks, they charged us for 5 orders of bread sticks and instead of trying to do anything to fix it we got a simple ‘that sucks’ from an older woman working the counter. Deplorable what some people consider customer service. Make your own life as miserable as you want, but don’t make it other peoples problems.

Pizza was hot and ready for pickup, even tho the store seemed super busy at the time. Overall a decent pizza from a chain store, but of all the chain stores near me, this is the best. The cinnimon sticks were the best park, but make sure to get the Cinnabon icing.

Ordered online. Double check what you order before submitting it. Little bit of a screw up, partly my fault, partly stores fault. Manager fixed everything to my satisfaction. Driver was great. Food was great. Will order from my local store again.

Was excited to get a Pizza Hut in Monroe because there stuffed crust has always been my favorite pizza. I have ordered twice now and definitely dissatisfied both times. It’s definitely not Pizza Hut quality! They hardly put any mozzarella in the stuffed crust & they skimp on your toppings. I personally do not recommend this location they need to get up to Pizza Hut standards.
