Service: Don’t come in expecting hospitality. Everything is to the point which I do not mind. There are no napkins or condiments on the table. I saw a man eating at the table asking for everything. I had a to go order. I asked for a fork and napkin since they were not already in the bag. I also asked for hot sauce to go but the lady said they do not have that.

My husband and I are new to the area and I was craving Thai cuisine. Found this little gem using Google Maps and it’s the best discovery I’ve stumbled upon. You can tell that the establishment is family owned and that the food is authentic Thai cuisine. Both my husband and I were so blown away with the amount of flavor bursting from each dish we ordered. We ordered tofu Tom yum soup, tofu pad see ew, fish cakes, angel wings (tofu version), and sticky rice with mangoes for dessert. The customer service was great, the cook even came out and was conversing with my husband who sent high praises to her for the fish cakes (they were so good, we went home and attempted to replicate the fish cakes). Highly recommend this little hole in the wall mom & pop shop if you’re craving authentic Thai cuisine.

Very tasty Thai food. We ordered Tom Yum Soup, pad kee mao, panang curry and basil seafood fry. Panang curry and pad kee mao were perfect and tasted very authentic. We requested Tom yum soup to be spicy and it was just right. We all loved the food . The person behind the counter who also served the food, was very polite and friendly. Went in for just a Thai tea. Asked for no ice, was told it went from $6 to $7.50 without ice. I said “that’s fair, let’s do it”. My total ended up being almost $9, to which she said it was extra taxes for no ice. “There’s no way.” Doing the math myself, with taxes it’s $8.14, not $8.60 (something). To which she replied, “It’s $9.20.” How you going to be mad about me taking a very small Thai tea to go, with no ice? No thanks. No wonder no one was there in the middle of dinner time.

Sawaddee serves excellent authentic food. Everything tastes fresh and the service is great. I tweaked my order and asked for something different and with no hesitation they made it happen. I really enjoyed the food, the service and the energy in this place. I’ve already gone twice in a week!

$19 meal for one person. Shrimp pad tai was good , but only 3 pieces of shrimp was a little skimpy. Next time ill save the 4 bucks and get just veggie . Other then that servicer was friendly and my meal was enjoyable.

Just had AVERAGE pad thai shrimp for $22! It is tasteless. I asked for condiments and she gave me the empty cup and little of chili. Obviously she doesn’t care at all. No wonder why the restaurant is so slow.

I feel like I’m being generous with 3 stars. This was our first time here, service was fine over the phone, when picking up my husband said the cashier was guarded (which I understand given the area). Fast-forward, we get home look at the food and can SEE that it’s not well-seasoned. First bites confirmed it was totally bland… we’re pretty disappointed. Thankfully we had soy sauce to give in some taste.
