Great Food with great Service! I entered on a Saturday afternoon, not very busy. This was on a Holiday weekend as well. My order was taken in a friendly and efficient manner. I was given my order number and cup. The wait for my food was longer than anticipated, but I saw a shortage of employees, which is typical in the industry. This did not affect my experience. I ordered the Number 1 for Dine in. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty! I loved that they didn’t skimp on the pickles as well. (I ordered my cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, and pickle.) The Dining Room was in decent shape, even as customers started to fill up as I finished my meal. I observed a crew member sweeping and tidying up the lobby, while I was there. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a great meal with great service!

This location had a long line when I arrived but there was hardly any wait due to their fast service. I ordered this special order from TikTok and it did not disappoint. This has to be one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. The buns was toasted along with the sweet/spicy taste. The animal fries were decent not really my taste but decided to try it out. I did get an Arnold Palmer (tea/lemonade) and that was very refreshing. Overall I definitely recommend coming here.

What can I say. I live where there is no In and Out. It was very pleasurable to visit one in Phoenix which was fairly not too busy. I ordered an Animal style burger combo, and from the first bite was exactly what I was craving for. That flavor was pure Bliss. They do it right and I commend them for that. Thank you!

I have been managing restaurants for 20 years and so have to say the service and quality was spot on. In a day in the age when customer service seems to be lost this team was amazing. Ordered inside because the drive thru was insane. There was someone available to take our order almost immediately. Our order was a little off (missing onions, one set of cheese fries instead of two animal style) – minor things, but still. It was also pretty hectic behind the counter, so it could have been just a matter of us not being loud/clear enough with our order. Otherwise, food was decent. Burgers were good, but fries didn’t taste fresh. I’m sure we’ll give it another try some time, but possibly on a less busy night.

Food was okay.. I did a drive thru order. Burgers get soggy with the sauce and humidity in the bag. Fries were fresh but got tough by the time I got home. Maybe it would be better to dine in for a better food quality..

We go to In-Out a couple of times when we are in Phoenix. The burgers are constant and they ALWAYS correct. Staff are exceptional and they have no problem taking a bit of time to say hello. The one thing we have noticed is the fries never stay hot. As long as you eat them first there ok. One thing that is awesome and we just figured it out is that the aide is sugar free! Thanks for the sugar free aide!
