Waited in line for my drive thru order for almost 40 minutes. I became angry and left without my order. The staff at this location are damaging taco bells reputation. If it’s a staffing issue, then if you don’t have enough staff. Don’t open for business. I for one will not return.

The prices here are way higher than any Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. Then the rude ones just throw your Taco together with no effort, along with a crushed taco shell. Some of the employees are very nice, and there are a couple of employees that are not built for working with the public. I gave 3 stars for the hard working nice people.

I have never had a now picture prefect order. My chalupa looked like something or of a poster. Staff was attentive and professional. Restaurant was clean and sauce along with napkins and silverware were full. This is a taco bell I would visit again! Even if its out of the way.

Wouldn’t recommend. Very bad experience. Ordered my food on the kiosk and paid for a drink. Was told afterwards the drink machine was down. I never got refunded for my drink. While I waited for my food, I heard nothing but bashing me because I modified a taco. I am a vegetarian and substituted beef for black beans. Apparently, they messed up not once but twice and had to keep remaking it and complaining about me very loudly. When they obviously didn’t pay attention to the order. All while watching them sweep the floor and junk flying up in the air landing on the food they were making. I witnessed things being dropped on the floor and put right back up where they prepare the food. Very rude staff and very dirty taco bell!!

Russian roulette. I recently moved to the area and went here 3 or 4 times. Each time the food was mediocre (soggy crunchy tacos or shells just smashed up), but the last time I went both my son and I got sick. Let’s just say I was up every hour throughout the night, and so was he. The food did taste a little off, but I ignored it trying to be a trooper and just felt more hot sauce would solve it. I should have just stopped.

The short fat manager/ and the GM are constantly yelling at their workers, I even heard one of the managers call an employee stupid and I haven’t seen my favorite employees since. Every time I go they’re disrespecting their workers and I never see anybody smiling either. So I don’t want bad vibes on my food I will never go there again and this location is just around the corner from me. I’ve tried to contact the owner so that she can watch the tapes but no one will respond.

I love how they greet you as soon as you walk in they say hello they speak to you they asked if you were help even if they’re standing way in the back I really adore all the staff members they were super nice I got two big boxes and made them a meal one was for my daughter one was for my mom I was on my way to work and I couldn’t make lunch or anything of that nature so I grabbed my daughter and my mother some dinner
