I would give 0 stars if possible. The food rating should have a question mark option because we were told to wait in the waiting spot and they never brought us our food. After 30 minutes I went in to see how much longer and they had no record of our order and no sign that it was being prepared or had been prepared. I blame the restaurant’s ownership. They clearly have no care for their workers and adequate staffing (there were 3 overworked, understaffed employees there). They have no systems or effective skills training. The employees didn’t even know how to void my pending Credit Card transaction. I’ll not be back and hope that Burger King corporate would take corrective action for this location.

My granddaughter and I went in for a burger and both bathrooms were apparently out of order. But thats not the worst part. After 30 minutes, this young employee came to the only 2 tables that had customers and proceeded to tell us that they have a 30 minute policy and we had to leave immediately. We weren’t even finished with our meal. I will never grace their doorstep again. I’m 63 years old and have never been kicked out of a restaurant in my life.

Beautiful and new location! Yeah they messed up my order but corrected it right away when I brought it to their attention. I hope that they do put access to a traffic light at this location soon. It’s really difficult to turn East onto Ellsworth during rush hour traffic. We’ll be back!

Was visiting my Mother in Mesa and was on my way back home to Parker Az ( 31/2 hour drive before I left that day Went to order and as soon as I got the milk shake I was already very disappointed milk shake was syrupy. And when we got the food back to my Mother house immediately realized that there was not a receipt and the burgers were old and stale . And soggy. The onion rings were hard as heck. I was hungry and devastated as the same time.

Waited a nearly 5 minutes at the window for my food and when I received it, my fries and my son’s fries were both placed upside down. The person taking my order was short with me and barely acknowledged me when I came to the window. He just kept the window closed and sat around talking to the other three guys behind the counter. Will not be returning to this location.

Horrible service. Manger does not have good controle of shifts changes . Consistently under staffed. we waited 45 for a single meal once . Every time we come here it a 25min 30 min wait. No one is ever at the counter

We wondered why we never see many cars at this BK. Wonder no more. You must use a machine to order. We were not familiar with the machine and asked for help. Not friendly mgr helped us. Made you feel stupid. It was so cold inside we had to eat in our car. Will not return to this BK.

Since I couldn’t find what I wanted on self service order kiosk, I stood at counter where noone helped me. I was told by a worker I had to use kiosk. She informed me they were too busy to provide me customer service. I walked out. No customer service; no business for you. Worst experience I’ve encountered with a service business.

Mobile order. 23 minutes. All they had to do was grab two items out of a heated drawer, scoop fries out of the pile and pour a drink into a cup. No customer service. No respect. And no efforts to keep the food prep table clean (see pic).
