Today 02/06/23 at around 8:30pm, the employees refused to make me my order after I changed my mind to order online because the subway app has the offer order 1 foot long and you get another 1 free. Also the told me at first that I can’t order online then they agreed with me because I absolutely can. The girls working there were very rude, unfriendly and look very unhappy working at the store.

Worst Subway I have ever been to! The older ladies that work there are always extremely rude each time I come here. I live in the area it is the only one near me. The two latina ladies, one of them being the manager are always rolling their eyes at me and have an attitude with not just me, but every single person they help. If you don’t enjoy your job find another one! It is that simple. Also, if you change your mind about what you want on your sandwich or THEY MESS UP expect to be charge for it! Even though subways motto is have it your way. The ladies will fight you and refuse to replace it. They need to replace those two ladies. Lastly, they tried talking behind my back in Spanish assuming I don’t understand what they said and called them out on it. Completely uncalled for.

Honestly 1 star is even too much, the manager Saida is extremely rude and isn’t polite at all. I’ve lived in the area for quite sometime and love going here often. She always rushes me while making my food and puts the least amount of toppings and said no more after I asked for extra. I’ve noticed this rude behavior continue on throughout the years. I asked for information to contact her boss and she didn’t provide that either. Avoid going here at all cost!!
