Every times I order from here something is wrong. Once never received my order and paid the delivery fee plus tip I had to come in and get a new pizza. No discount given. 2nd they sent the wrong wings and wanted to confirm I didn’t eat the wings in order to get a refund? So sloppy service sucks.

Only online orders they never accept cash for some reason in store I think after you order online it tells you if you want to pay with cash or card it’s stupid af makes no sense it’s probably the working people who have no time to do anything idk what the purpose of that is and why they function that way id say hire me to fix this type of problem needs new management or new gm Manager who cares about keeping this store open!!

Do NOT order from here. My contactless order arrived incomplete. After numerous attempts I was unable to get ahold of anyone at the store. I called corporate to get a refund for the unreceived items, they stated it’s normal for locations not to answer and that someone who can issue a refund will get in contact with me within 3 days. I received an email from the general manager stating he can issue a store credit and I just need to call in to redeem it. I replied that I don’t want store credit, calling is pointless, just issue a refund. It’s been two weeks since the mishap and I have yet to receive a refund. P.S. they don’t have their own delivery staff, the use doordash and neglect to tell you.

I didn’t want to give even one star but it was the lowest one that I have to give. I ordered veggie pizza with three toppings cause we are vegetarian and we don’t eat any kind of meats, when I start eating my pizza there were pepperoni on it. It was my first order with them and it was worst experience. I tried to call them for replacement more than ten times but they never answer my call.
