The service is phenomenal! We dine in at least three times a week at this location. The staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and respectful. We normally get the chicken strip basket with bread and add on a bowl of gravy! The gravy goes well with the hand-breaded chicken strips and sourdough bread. I’d recommend this location to everyone!! Don’t forget to add on a strawberry hand-crafted lemonade!

We had a mishap with our order earlier in the day, a lot of commotion in the store, and we didn’t get 1/2 of our order. I called, spoke with the general manager, and he went above beyond to correct it, more than we asked for (which was just the food we didn’t receive). The general manager, as well as his boss, were so kind and accommodating. We’ve been long time Hardee’s customers, and we will certainly continue giving them our business.

Went here this morning, and the entire experience made me feel unwelcome, I went through the drive thru, and the woman taking my order had an attitude and was rushing me. Pulled to the window and the woman handing me my food and taking my payment, also had an attitude and was rude.

Two of the cinnamon raisin biscuits that I ordered, which I usually love I can’t even describe the texture of the biscuit and not to mention the little dollop of icing that they put on top I don’t know who the cook is now but they need to go back to whoever it was before because the new people cannot make a cinnamon raisin biscuit to save their life, I would not recommend this to anyone.
