We had not been there in a minute…My experience was awesome our waitress was great!!! She took care of our stuff gave us drinks to go… I had buffalo chicken and my wife had the chicken pasta both were better we.. oh now they give you some corsiant bread with butter… Taste GOOD!!!!

Good American restaurant with lots of food menu items from salads, steaks to sea food. We arrived just before the dinner crowd and we were seated promptly. The staff was friend and service was okay, the food was delicious, the only thing I didn’t like was the frozen margarita machine was not working.

Only 3 stars because the service was horrible. It took way too long for someone to come to our table to first get drink orders. 45 minutes of waiting before the manager stepped in when we were ready to leave. At that time, we had only recieved some drinks. Finally got decent service. I understand being busy, but this was bad. Went to another place that was even busier and got excellent service.

So we decided to go there for dinner. We arrived at 8 pm on a Saturday night. There were 6 of us for dinner. It wasn’t totally packed for a Saturday night. I ordered the fried white fish, green beans, and a baked potato. We also ordered the cheese bites, which was actually good. My food came, and I was surprised on how much fish came on the plate. The menu said lightly breaded and it was very breaded and greasy. The green beans that came with it were actually really good. The bake potato that I only ordered with butter never came. The waiter did tell me that it was going to take 7 minutes for the bake potato to be ready, and I was okay with it, it just never came. I figured it was to be expected since I didn’t get a refill of my drink until I asked for it. The waiter would be gone for a while, then would come back. I went to use the bathroom and walked by the entrance to the kitchen and the floor was totally wet, I almost slipped. I started looking down at the floor and noticed that the floor was dirty, not just in certain parts, the whole floor. Bits of paper and just spills all over. The bathroom was worse. This Cheddars was nice on the outside but subpar at best on the inside. It was like the employees stopped caring about the place they work at. I would avoid this Cheddars and eat somewhere else if I had the choice again.

The overall experience was okay, just okay. The restaurant was not full however there was a 20 minutes wait: which made me think thev restaurant did not have enough personnel. In any case, the waitress was friendly but service was slow. I guess related to the fact that there was not enough personnel. We order 3 dishes, top sirloin, baby back ribs and salmon. All 3 dishes canned with 2 dices. Food was tasty and portions were on the large size.

My family arrives for a birthday dinner and were told there is a 45 minute wait for our party of 7. We decide to wait and after an hour and fifteen- we get our call to come in. The hostess takes us to our table and as we are sitting down, the closing manager asks us to move due to a party of 14 needing this area. We don’t mind moving especially since the manager offered to comp an appetizer for us. We order the appetizer and drinks- everything came as expected. We notice that the new area we sat was hot and the fans were not on. This did create an uncomfortable feeling especially when its hot outside and its not much better inside. We order our entrees when our appetizer shows up expecting while we are finishing up the appetizer the entrees should be arriving soon after. After an hour since we ordered our entrees, we ask for an update. The server did not provide an update neither did he check up on our table during the 1 hour we waited for our food. We decide to leave due to everyone in our table being frustrated that the food hasn’t arrived. By this time, it has been over 2 1/2 hours that we spent on Cheddars- from the time we arrive to leaving the establishment. I DO NOT recommend coming to this location especially since the servers are lacking in training, and the kitchen is slow.

Everything was good we order and my husband order a steak ask it to be Well Done the 1st one came out pink and green beans were not cooked we showed the server ..ok took the came back the 2nd time again was not cook ..my hubby has a medical issues that he took medicine..so he ate mine and I ate coleslaw..mine you the Manger Eric didn’t know what well done .

Food was great and service was also. Best steaks that my daughter’s and I have had in a long time. Was a little busy but that was no problem for a short wait. Our waiter was on point and was there to tend to my kids needs. I recommend if you’re in the area to try this place out.

This place used to be great but has gone downhill a lot. We came here for my oldest sons birthday. Server was decent. Did our order from memory but then kept asking if we ordered something or not as food came from the kitchen. He did keep our glasses full for the most part but you could tell he didn’t want to be there. They wouldn’t do anything for my sons birthday. They stopped giving the croissants. The chips and queso were disgusting. The cheese was so clumpy. The chicken Alfredo was extremely watery. The chicken tenders were good. The mashed potatoes had been sitting there what tasted and looked like days and their green beans tasted weird. It’s a very basic restaurant and nothing really is offered to keep you coming back. I don’t think we’ll be returning after this place.
