The customer service is awesome. The problem I had is with the food. My mushroom and swiss was old meat that had been sitting under a warmer to long. My boyfriend’s Frisco burger the bun wasn’t toasted and the onion rings over cooked and the sweet tea bitter.

Hardee’s is loosing it touch with fast food. I haven’t been to many that the employs didn’t have and attitude! They act like they don’t like you. Hand the food to you at the drive through and turn there back on you.

This brand new Hardee’s location is pretty good. I like to stop here once and a while for breakfast, and for dinner. Although it is not my first choice, I usually leave satisfied. This location has been dealing with staffing issues which has caused long wait times, but the staff that is there makes the best of it and still manages to treat the customers well despite all else. Surely worth a visit!

The last few times I’ve been it’s steady gotten worse. Tonight I ordered the Philly cheese steak burger. When I got home to eat they didn’t even fill my fries half way and they gave a chicken sandwich instead. I was just going to be mad and just not go back… but then the sandwich was gross and made me just mad enough to share how horrible of an experience it was.

I don’t expect much from fast food places but worst fast food award goes to Hardee’s. I paid $24 for stale fries like they been sitting since afternoon and burgers were nasty. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.
