I like jimmy John’s. I like that they deliver. What I don’t like is that for whatever reason, this location takes 2 hours to make a sandwich and deliver food….I only ordered 1 sandwich for myself to be delivered to my home 10 minutes away…I understand being short staffed and busy..but I had places to be and ended up waiting 2 hours to get my food…the delivery girl was nice enough to apologize that my drink also didn’t have ice (which I don’t care about) but I got no notice it would take 2 hours to receive a sandwich…wish there was communication at least if it was going to take that long. I would have understood an hour…but two? Nahhhhh

If I could give 0 stars I would!! We have placed SEVERAL online pickup orders here this year and even after arriving 30-45 minutes past the order time the employees STILL don’t make the sandwiches on time. Just today I ordered on door dash and after waiting over 30 minutes for them to even start preparing my order I get a call from the general manager saying that they can’t fulfill the delivery because they don’t even have a driver tonight. All sorts of messy.

Just ordered food here 10 minutes ago… I should say i used to work here and this place has gone so downhill…no smiles from any of the staff throughout the whole experience so over all not welcoming not to mention a young man working throwing a fit… The person before us came back in cause they messed up his sandwich…. We got our sandwiches and asked no tomatoes on one (my boyfriend is allergic) and they put tomatoes, i got a blt unwich and they gave me turkey and cheese with tomatoes and filled the whole thing with lettuce. i used to work here Come on guys we can do better!

The posted hours on Google are not accurate and twice this store has been closed when Google says they’re open. It’s incredibly inconvenient to drive across town for a sandwich and have to return to work empty handed.
