I like Papa John’s but I don’t like it when the driver always ask for a tip. If I have extra money I gave a tip. When my kids order their own food no they will not give a tip. They are under 16 so please don’t ask for a tip. I think I will just pick up or not order at all. The older delivery guy is cool but the young one has some things to learn about customer service.

I recommend they have their drivers learn what a “One Way” sign means. Just saw one decide taking 2 seconds to go the proper way around a round about was going to inconvenience him. Happened at about 6:20pm on 4/24/23 in the Bruenburg neighborhood of Clinton. Dark blue Chevy trailblazer, plate HNX0424. Given that the position of the sun also meant that there was glare on the windshield given the direction you have to go at this time of day, it makes it all the more unsafe. I’ve nearly been hit by drivers doing exactly that.

As a Clinton Ms native I eat there two to three times a week but today they brought my food and my wing where like card board old , meat wouldn’t come off the bone it’s so old and I call the store and they could care less with all the money I spend there and tips and he said it’s our new chicken be careful guys total disappointment because they didn’t try to fix the issue in anyway and didn’t give me a refund or remake my wings.

I hadn’t been to PapaJohn’s in years. Then they came out with the new bites and my husband got some and enjoyed them. So, the game was last night and we ordered a party tray of wings from Wingstop and I decided to give PapaJohn another try. I ordered a extra large with 3 toppings for almost $30. It was $27.81. Once I made it home and looked at the pizza. I suddenly remembered, why I prefer Pizza Hut or Domino’s and why I DO NOT fool with PapaJohn!. I don’t mind paying for what I want but I want to walk away satisfied as well. The pizza was nothing but bread, sauce, & cheese . You would think 3 toppings would consist of some kind of meat but I promise you it didn’t. It was “barely”any meat on that pizza. I was truly disgusted. I shared with friends/family that’s why I do not give my business to PapaJohn. They are pricey but barely properly serve their clients. I will not ever waste my time nor money with this business again!!..

I need to write this review. Ordered around 12:02 pm. Pick up confirmation at 12:08. I went to pick up and guy told me give him 2 mins. I gladly waited. There was only 1 black guy working that time. And boy let me tell you, this is the best pizza i have ever eaten! Very fresh. Hot and tasty. Wings too so tender juicy.! I will come back 🙂
