The food was really good. The grill master gave our meals his full attention because wasn’t peak hrs. The store was very clean, very pleasant. I got my order 2 go & ordered an extra waffle, they gave me the extra syrup…no problem. & got a great picture as a bonus!

I have eaten here multiple times but the best time to go is around 9pm. I absolutely refuse to go in the morning around 10 am. Rebecca is the RUDEST waitress I have ever met . She got our drinks and gave us our food and disappeared the rest of the time we were there. Has to ask other workers for refills or to go plates . After we paid and we’re walking out of the door she said some pretty awful things about us how we wasted her time and how we took up her table for over an hour. We were only there for maybe 40 minutes. If I ever go back in the morning I’ll make sure she’s not the person taking care of us.This is not the first time we have had a problem with her. But it needs to be addressed.

Love it, except the time before the other night I went, I was not able to call in a to go order, bc their phone fell into the soap water and they can’t hear it ringing, but the recording says they aren’t taking to go orders to better accommodate their in restaurant diners. but when I had to go up there to place my to go order, there was no customers. As I waited for my food, the waitress who told me the phone wasn’t working, answered the phone and took a to go order. It was the only place open for me to get food, otherwise I wouldn’t have went there when I got the phone voice mail recording.

The manager JADE is rude and completely unprofessional! As a manger she shouldn’t be allowed to run anything except to heard pigs!! I have never been somewhere where the service has been this bad! I already don’t like Waffle House but this made it to where I’ll never ever come here again. John and Morgan were absolutely great!!! Ohhh and to top it off the cook(Kim) was yelling and being very rude to John who was trying his best!!

The Daleville Waffle House is Awesome!!! Hadn’t been there in a couple months. I usually order the same food and drink and last time it was $8.75 and this time the same thing was $11.75. I questioned the mgr on duty and she said the usual i get went up a cpl bucks. so what was the triple hash brown at $3.00 was $5.00 but the menu in front said $3.00. She was very nice and professional about explaining it all to me. It was a young 19 0r 20 year young blonde lady. The 2 guys waiting tables were cool as well, great all around atmosphere as well.

The staff here was very attentive and friendly, they were also very accommodating with all my special requests for the way I wanted everything cooked… No matter what I asked for they never said they couldn’t do it and I gotta tell ya they cook it to perfection. Diced jalapeños in the eggs, crispy bacon, hash browns well done and even the peanut butter and chocolate on my waffle! Great tasting food and amazing service to say the least. I will surely return again and would definitely recommend anyone come here for some good breakfast food… just the way you like it
