Checked in on mobile order,got notification after 10 min that a person was on the way..waited another 15 min after i realized new people were showing up and getting their food and leaving. Turns out they forgot about me. Although i was the closest spot next to the door they enter and exit. The young worker female kept going over to a car few spots from me with a lot of young teenagers and kept stopping to joke with them,obviously distracted by her friends. They were horesplaying in parking lot and doing some inappropriate things outside the car with their female counterparts (the customers not the staff member) APPROX TIME 9PM but not first time either something like this happened,needs better management

Be careful when paying with a credit/ debit card. I placed an order in the drive thru for $44.61 and paid at the window with my debit card. Later I logged into my bank to transfer funds for other bills and I noticed a second charge for $5.40 was placed at sonic at the exact same time. I called the store and the money was refunded back to my account but the manager was unable to explain how my card was used to pay for my order and then a second order was rang up and my card was used again.

They serve your standard Sonic drive in foods, this one just gets hot in the summer as there are no trees and shady spots can be limited. It’s also right next to a large gas station which can be convenient.

Still sitting here after over 15 minutes for an order that I placed through the online app as “ASAP”. When I buzzed in to inquire as to the whereabouts of my food after checking in through the app and waiting about 10 minutes, the kid said they’d “send someone right out.” That has not occurred at this juncture. I’m pretty sure they just took my order online and withdrew my funds and then completely forgot my order. Pretty poor performance. Lord knows how bad the food will be. Will not be back.

I just ordered the two for five dollars Frito chili wrap deal and both wraps were so small they could fit in the palm of my hand, and I have crazy small hands. There was also barely anything in them. They were mostly tortilla with just a spoonful of chili. I’ve gotten this order before, maybe a couple years ago, and it wasn’t like this.

Ordered the boneless BBQ wings and they were very hard. I couldn’t return because I was leaving Cibolo and wanted to grab something for my son. I thought he was exaggerating when he said they were hard, until I tried one. I could barely bite through it! Thoroughly disappointed! For your reference it was Wednesday, February 15, 2023 between 3:55 – 4 PM and my order total was $9.89. You will never get another $9.89 from me or anyone that I know is thinking about going to your restaurant.
