I ordered 70 wings online for my team at work and the website was easy to navigate, there was an option to pay at the location, and the prices were very reasonable. My order was ready on time and we had no trouble at pick-up. Flavors were amazing, chicken wasn’t over or under done.. it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

So my manager had talked this place up and I decided to try it out. When I went in the first thing I saw was all of the workers just sitting in the kitchen just sitting down watching their phones and eating. It took a hot minute for one of them to finally acknowledge the fact that I was even standing at the counter. There was an older man in there before me and when he received his food the bag was completely covered in grease and there was liquid spewing out of the containers. He couldn’t even take it to his car and had to wait even longer to get his food back. The man who helped me with my food was a little too rude and didn’t seem like he wanted anything to do with anyone which I understand because food service isn’t always the best environment. I get my food and pay, because my manager talked it up so good I left a good tip like usual when I receive my orders. Once I got out to my car to actually look at my food, the fries were all but burnt completely through and the wings were just buttered plain wings which I didn’t order. I went back in to ask about it and the man said it was what I ordered which was the garlic but even after biting into one of the wings it tasted like they were just plain buttered wings and they were so dry I couldn’t even try to eat them. It was a waste of my money. Don’t really recommend this place.

I ordered “crispy” wings… I’m not sure if the cook understood that at all because my wings were soft and too juicy. Like it wasn’t cooked long enough or something. I couldn’t finish it all. I gave the rest to my mom and she said she is just eating it because she’s hungry not because it’s good. I’ve wasted $13. Their last cook was better. I don’t know who the owner hired this time. When someone says crispy, it means to leave the wings in a little longer than usual. And also, I rated this place one star because it was the only way I could write a review. The meal was horrible and the manager or whatever was grumpy! I’m surprised that I even paid after he was getting rudely.

Best wings in Southaven HONESTLY! Their wings are always fresh! Not overpriced! And delicious! I could eat them every single day. Giving 4 stars because they’re not always fresh when ordering from DoorDash (expected) and they’re closed on Mondays which is the day I happen to crave them the most lol. 10/10 recommend.

We ordered 30 pieces of whole wings, fish salad and several appetizers. Fish and hush puppies very good. Tried the wet lemon pepper wings although very flavorful, I didn’t care for the greasy sauce. We ordered plain and garlic parmesan wings. Chicken its self was not crispy, which I would’ve preferred. I would revisit and next time get the dry rub lemon pepper.

The wings do not come with ranch you have to pay for it separately. I ordered two ten pieces and when I asked for ranch the young man was going to get it then an older man stopped him and told him not to get it then copped an attitude with me and told me I have to pay for ranch. Let’s not forget it’s supposed to come with celery or carrots as it states on the menu and they didn’t even give me that. Never went back.

My first time visiting and I’m sorry to say I won’t be back. I ordered a Philly Combo, 5 piece wing and Mozzarella sticks. I paid $23.73 for my order and had to inquire if a drink came with my combo after receiving my food and heading for the door. Before pulling off I tried my fries they weren’t hot or crispy and I was only given a handful. Once getting home I taste my wings and they weren’t fried hard like I requested it also seemed as if they were tossed honey sauce then they poured hot sauce over them. My cheesesteak was warm the onions and green peppers weren’t cooked completely (absolutely crunchy). My mozzarella sticks were room temperature and the cheese was hard. It’s disappointing to try new places and have this be the outcome. Simply put thrown money in the trash
