After many years of being in the food and ice cream business in several locations, and now that I’m getting closer to the retirement age, I have decided to build and operate a new food truck. Seems like this is the growing trend now days, especially in the larger cities. We hope that all local residents, and any truckers or travelers, that are driving through here will stop in and try our huge menu of tasty and prepared fresh food items and tasty ice cream treats.

It was decent! I would probably go there again. The only thing I didn’t like about my burger is that the underside of the buns were super burnt so there was a very bitter flavor with it. My husband got the brisket burger and he said it didn’t have much flavor, but I thought it had good flavor! We both agreed the BBQ sauce was really good.
