Forgot my sundae, forgot my sauce, workers were way more concerned with joking and laughing than to help me standing at the counter by myself. Beverages were out. Can’t have soda so they said they only had water as an alternative, after we’ve gotten food. The restaurant was clean in the lobby.

Dairy Queen is my favorite ice shop. The ice cream is creamy and they offer a wide variety of flavors and options, such as sundaes, milk shakes, floats, banana splits, blizzards, and ice cream cakes. The food is not great but good enough. Service is always friendly and quick.

The staff here is a mixture of professional and lazy, announcing loudly in front of the customer that she “don’t feel like working today.” Drive through wait time is never too long. The food has also declined in taste since I remember a few years ago. The gravy has no taste, the chicken underspiced.

Messed up and forgotten orders. Nobody wanted to wait on customers. This location is rapidly going downhill. Only fast food restaurant I’ve seen that doesn’t have coffee. Also the store wasn’t busy when all this was happening.
