If I could give zero stars I would. I was not given a receipt, so I couldn’t complain officially. I sat in the drive-through for 40 minutes and then exclaimed that I was surprised they were charging me for my food after sitting there forever. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a beefy five layer burrito. I received a quesadilla that was not cut that had all of the ingredients piled in the center, beefy five layer burrito was very obviously taken apart after it was put together and was squished in the rapper once it was wrapped. They also put some thing else in my bag that had a bunch of random ingredients in it. Absolutely horrible experience. If you are the franchisee, and you are seeing this, please reach out.

Store opens at 9am, i place an order at 9:15 and wait in the parking lot. Store is closed. I decide to wait anyway. At 10:20 a boy who looks no older than 14 comes out and says they decided they will not be opening today. I asked if they could please refund the $25 I spent then since they will not make my order. He says no. I then call and ask to talk to a manager who says it is not her problem that I paid already and there is nothing she can do because she is not allowed to refund me. So we’re just stealing peoples money now? Manager refused to give me her name and hung up on me eventually after I asked multiple times for her name so that’s pretty awesome.

Really weird that they’re never open. Website says they close at 9pm, today at 7:30pm they blocked off the drive thru and the lobby was locked. Meanwhile there are like 4 people in the kitchen? I understand if they’re short staffed, but at least let the hours online reflect that.

5:10 on a Saturday, door propped open with hand sanatizer stand and whole crew in back not paying attention to me and the couple with a baby that were just standing waiting. Only reason i knew they werr closed is because I,Myself work in the food industry and saw the cash drawer opened with no till indicating they were closed early yet again. This location is terrible and continues to downgrade with every single day. So disappointing with all the neglect that management has with this store and its “hours” and operation this will be our last time trying to eat at this place.

I don’t usually complain but I’m more than a bit disappointed. The accidently gave us some one else’s order, we gave it back kindly, got our food, had onion even though we asked to please have no onion, I’m actually intolerant and have severe pain when I ingest them. I tried to call them 6 times while waiting in the parking lot to request another without, they kept hanging up the phone we could clearly see them playing on their phones in the window. It was not only rude but also extremely unprofessional.

I don’t often come to this location but I came here later in the evening, the young guy working the window was very helpful and kind, and they got my food out quickly. Although the food wasn’t excellent, it’s cheap and it does the job of feeding the hunger

Touch screen terminals, people don’t really eat there much anymore, most people in the dining room are just waiting for to-go orders. Drive thru gets priority, but it can be quicker to go inside.
