I was there a few days after their grand opening (in April of 2023). Sadly, this review is a bit late. But the experience we had here is still fresh in my mind. All food items were great and absolutely fresh. It offered a good seafood selection amongst other tasty items (we were there at lunch time). Service was also good. The hotpot experience was also awesome! The restaurant was nice, state of the art and quite elegant. Northern Colorado very much needs restaurants such as this that offer diners different cultural dining experiences.

Very clean modern luxury atmosphere with plenty of tables and service was great. They have open refrigerated veggies for you to grab as much and often as you want as well as the sauce station. Their meet slices are thicker than other hotpot restaurants. I strongly recommend tomato broth with spice on a side and recommend letting the broth boil with your favorite and meet and veggies as long as possible. My broth became so good after cooking with meat and veggies, I can not get over how good it was and can’t wait to go back.

While waiting to get seated, the smells of the broths floating through the air smelt so good! The toppings/side/veggie selection was very well-organized against a back wall in individual bins and was easy to navigate to what you want, kind of like buffet style.

I love hot pot and I’ve been waiting to come here since they opened. Looking forward to one of my favorite soups, I got the Vietnamese canh chua. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t into it. It didn’t taste like what I’m used to, but my partner really enjoyed it. We ended up switching broths, as I liked their Tonkotsu instead. The sauce bar was packed full of great options, good amount of seafood choices including crawfish, and a decent amount of veggies. I was blown away by how fresh the beef looked. My favorite was the beef brisket and ribeye which was so tender. Best of all, the service was impeccable. We had a little issue with one of our broths, but the staff took care of it immediately. They were truly the highlight of this visit.

The food is amazing, the staff are very attentive, and we were never rushed. Highly recommend the bone broth. There are so many choices for vegetable and noodle add-ins, as well as seafood (for those who are not allergic). We ordered the fried banana cheesecake and I regret nothing! It was so delicious and rich enough that one dessert is great to share for date night. Meats are unlimited at the table and we saw plenty of people getting extra. You can get as many drinks as you like yourself, just pay at the end. Rice is also available and a ton of sauces. Great place for a special occasion, will be visiting again ASAP!

Wonderful hot pot! We came on grand opening day right before the dinner rush. Good quality ingredients, a decent sauce bar, and nearly all items aside from the meat is self-serve! This takes out the middle man so you can get to eating almost immediately.

Phenomenal service and excellent choices of meats and veggies! Had a great time here with a friend, party of 2 for lunch. I LOVE the fact they have crawfish at their seafood bar where you grab the seafood yourself. I also love the fact you can grab your own veggies. Most times I order veggies at other places they give a bit much and I always feel bad for wasting so it’s nice to know I can grab my own to save food, or for others who want more than other places offer! Aside that, as a restaurant owner myself I love how things were managed, and how every waiter including the owners were kind enough to check on us and ask how things were. It genuinely feels like the team cares and I love that a lot. 5/5 for me! Will be back soon!

I’m so happy we have a Hot Pot in our area. We have to go pretty far to find a good one, this one is amazing! All you can eat is great along with the choices of meat and produce. Very friendly and helpful staff, Thank you! Keep up the great work.
