If I could give negative starts I would. Ordered online over 24 hours in advance of Super Bowl Sunday for a 5pm order pick up order. Wings were not ready at 5. They turned off their phones and were not taking any more orders because they were behind. They refused to give refunds to anyone. We ended up receiving an order at 6:20. We didn’t receive the correct amount of wings. The fries were over done and cold. The wings were wrong sauces. I can’t even really use the word sauce because there were barely any sauce on them. Employees and managers were rude. Husband waited at the restaurant from 445-6:20pm for a 5 o clock order while people who placed 6 o clock orders received there order.

Placed an online order that was ready when I arrived. The gentleman that assisted me was polite. Regarding the food, it was ok to me. Nothing more, nothing less and nothing to write home about. Someone must really enjoy it because there were about 8-10 people waiting for their order to be ready. On to the next.

This was my first visit here after ordering at the wrong location. I will say it wasn’t what I was expecting. We had placed the order online and since we went to the wrong location first it took us a min to get here. When we got here, it appears the receipt for us for our order. Thankfully the manager was very nice and understood and actually even made sure our order got out to us quickly after being remade. She also gave us free fries. Honestly that helped turn our experience at this location, and it gave us motivation to come back and check it out again

This is the second time less than a week I have received poor services from this location. I ordered my food through Uber eats, so the other day I placed an order online and requested for my order to be cooked well done and actually it was under cooked. I called to ask about my order the girl who answered I explained my situation and she kept going back and forth telling me my order was cooked properly and I’m the one who is looking at my food. On top of that my order was late arriving plus cold. Today I placed another order of the same thing and requested a well done order again. I called to confirm how I requested my order and the same girl answered the phone sounds like she’s sick/ stopped up just hung up in my face as I was still explaining how I would like my order. When she hung up I called back and asked for her manager she proclaimed she’s the manager and her name is Kisha and she’s 31 years old. Due her rudeness I called Uber Eats to cancel my order because at this point it wasn’t worth it. Definitely not trust worthy either. Her “ MANAGER/ CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS” are HORRIBLE I definitely would not recommend anyone to stop at this location.

Horrible service. I ordered online only for customers who walked in to get their food before me. Staff is very unorganized. No point in ordering online if you have to wait 40 additional minutes for your food.
