This spot has been hit or miss lately. The wait times could be improved even after ordering ahead – the cashier isn’t always assigned. You might have to wait for one of the guys making sandwiches. However, the delivery driver is great and always ready to put in an order for you. Cold sandwiches are great. Hot sandwiches are so-so. The meatballs not only taste like straight bread but they smell like it too. Worth a try though.

Local real Italian restaurant with really good food. Their sandwiches are the best! Fresh high quality meats and in-house made mozzarella cheese. Their sandwich bread is phenomenal and made with pride and love! We always grab lunch there when we are working in Bayonne!

Some of the best food we have had since we were here. We came for the bears vs giants game. We came every day to speak to the ppl here. They were friendly and our car got towed. One of the guys here helped us find the car and everything. Great place to come for breakfast or lunch.

I go to Palermo’s almost every time I go to Bayonne. Their heros are piled high and huge. Their hot food is the best. They don’t charge enough. Please tip well. They are very nice people. Please treat them well.
