When you don’t feel like cooking. The taco party pack never ceases to please. It’s a better bang for your buck too, if you’re having to feed a few people. Mix it up half and half or all of one type. We get half and half. Half soft shell and half hard shell. And the best part is having to not do dishes. As a parent no dishes for one night is major wins. #winning. Good service this time.

Let me start by saying I’ve avoided this Taco Bell and I live within walking distance. But I decided it’s been months let me see if it’s still the same. It’s still a tad slow but much faster and the food is what you expect it to be and made properly! I have to say what an improvement it was from every other time I’ve ever been there. I’m not a frequent patron of taco bell however they are the only fast food in the area and I needed to get something quick. I entered and was told that they cannot accept my order at the register. The said to use their kiosk. We looked at the kiosk that was disgustingly dirty. I expressed that I didn’t want to touch the screen and that I wanted them to accept my order at the counter. One employee responded that they don’t have the ability to accept orders verbally. Makes me wonder how they accept drive through orders. What was worse was the response from the heavy set employee. He said “that’s too bad” to my refusal to use the dirty touch screen. Mind you, this location, that has no competition was empty. Not 1 customer at 1pm. It is very obvious why. If the food reflects their attitude, I can easily speculate that I dodged a bullet anyway. Best to take your business where it’s wanted. Zero stars isn’t an option but that would still be a generous rating if it was.

Night crew was awful. Manager with the pink hair who was preparing the food was sooo disrespectful and useless. Ordered $30 worth of food and it was soggy, missing items and flat out not meat in the tacos whatsoever. Customer service was horrific. When I approached her with concerns she had a massive attitude and told me to give it back and she’ll issue a refund in cash when I paid with a card. I informed her I wanted it fixed but she was nasty. I asked for a corporate number and she told me to figure it out myself.. what kind of place is this… avoid this location at all cost.. never ever again will I return..

Amanda was rude and passive aggressive while in the drive thru .When a approached the window she was wearing a silver states credit union shirt gross you came from one job and didn’t stop home to get clean and change your clothes Wow .The later in the night the sloppier they get food all out the container in the bag cold food bad customer service This location should just close down due to bad customer service and the philth inside and OUT.

Food is good when you go in the middle of the day when they have the A-team working, night crew is honestly bad enough that it keeps me away. Missing items, skimpy pieces, and overall just badly put together meals. The people are nice, but the food isn’t anywhere worth the same as it should be.
