Ordered a late night extra cheese pie on 6/15 and the pizza came out perfectly. Customer service was great. A lot of times extra cheese is ignored and a waste of money but not at this location. Just leaving a review since I feel like a lot of times “fast food” type places don’t get credit due. Hopefully the employees from this shift get some recognition.

Delivery was dropped off at the wrong location and I was never called by the delivery person. The desk manager of the location it showed up at called, because I wasn’t a guest at that hotel and my number was on the receipt. Pizza was not cooked all the way and it took over an hour to get my pizza.

If you love pizzas with almost no cheese when you pay $2 more for extra cheese and you can see nothing but dough when you open the box then this is the place for you! And the cheesy bread was basically bread sticks. Very little cheese at all and it was burnt on top of that.

Zero Stars. After attempting to order 2 cheese pizzas to be delivered for my child’s class pizza party, Pizza Hut failed miserably. After the school called me with no pizza after it was supposed to be delivered, i had to call Pizza Hut multiple times and the delivery driver only to be informed the order was cancelled. Good job literally taking food out of the mouths of children. Unbelievably awful experience

Worst experience picking up an order. I walked up to the store to pick up and was told that my order was picked up by someone!!!. Can you believe it? It is basic and they got that wrong. So asked me to wait before they redo it again. I waited and they gave a wrong item. We ordered a pan pizza and they gave a normal one. Realized after reaching home. I gave up. Staff was extremely uninterested and did not bother about the whole thing. Did not even bother to apologize.
