My wife and I went for brunch on a Saturday. I ordered the croque-mister which was pretty good. Savory with a balanced taste. My wife took the egg Benedict with salmon. The salmon was very good and we like the amount of sauce in it. The English muffin in the Benedict however felt a little over done and hard to cut. Otherwise pretty darn good. Their side of potatoes were also lovely. We also tried the game and cheese croissant which was pretty good as well. Definitely recommended. I also took something, I forgot the name, but it was like a strawberry cheese cake. It was tasty as well and would definitely try again.

I am really not much of a foodie, but this place has some of the best pastries I’ve ever had. The small cheesecakes are SO good. It has recently become me and my fiancés weekly coffee spot.

We only got some sweets here and they aren’t very surprising, in fact, quite plain. The environment and atmosphere was good though, very good for sitting down and chatting.

Today I decided to try the Pain au chocolat, or chocolatine as I knew them from my childhood summer trips to the south of France, from the best rated Mercer Island bakeries. I am here to say this fellow conquered my palate, was beautifully flaky and the taste of delicious butter was in every single bite. The filling was amazing, the chocolate was not too sweet but just perfect, it melted in my mouth after each bite. The whole combination was splendid, defectless. Highly recommend it. As for the location, I wasn’t tempted enough to stay. However it was clean and filled with happy costumers.

First time here … got there early (9:30am), so no problem w/ seating. “Brunch” not served til 10am, but other yummy items to select from (I had tom., spinach, feta quiche, which came w/ a nice green salad for $17, & my friend had ham + cheese croissant for $9). I think the only option not available until 10am is Eggs Benedict. Portions were typically on the smaller side (which I love!). Coffee was excellent! Had a 16oz latte initially ($5.25), then switched to an Americano ($4.75). Service was excellent, very friendly, smiling employees Ttl. bill (exclding tax + tip) was $42. A little on the high side, but … ya get what ya pay for & I’ll def. be back!

I waited full 40 min for a coffee and a croissant. It was 11am on a Monday and no line or anything. The croissant was great and the coffee is good too but the wait was way too long especially having my 2yo with me.

Very nice – unique and delicious -dishes, but most importantly extremely friendly staff. Great great drip coffee – as good or better than what you find in Paris !

Nice location, interior is great, pastries are amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I was a bit lost on what they had to offer so they walked me through their selection. Fantastic Kouign-Amann! Definitely will return.

Croque Madame, croissants, and French teddy bear fixes, available for the taking . Looking forward to a few more menu items but nice to have some decent French staples locally.

This felt like a little European gem in the middle of Mercer Island. We were greeted in French and the cafe was clean and there was plenty of seating and a great atmosphere.
