This is the worst place ever! The past 4 times I’ve been to this place, they have screwed up my food. Seriously, is it that hard? I asked for a specific burger and the order was so wrong. The bun on the regular cheeseburger I ordered for the 2nd person was burned. The fries were not fresh at all. The speaker doesn’t work at the drive thru, so you have to order at the window, then wait for them to complete the order instead of having folks circle around. Hire folks that can read and want to work!

6.41 for a 3 piece chicken tender combo. Tenders were tiny. Went through drive thru. Lady was either on something, didn’t care at all or both. We had to tell her the order a few times. We were given food before payment, ok fine unusual, we paid for it, gave us drink and then card back and receipt, then we asked for ketchup and ranch, didn’t have a chance before then, she had to open the window again. She gave us 2 honey mustard. She told the car behind us to pull to the window to order. Food was normal Hardee’s overall. Description doesn’t fully describe the experience…

This is the worst Hardee’s I’ve been to in 20 years. Aside from the horrible service the food was trash. Literally. After a couple bites it went into the trash it was not edible the bread looked old the meat was black in areas. The only thing that was decent was the chicken strips.

I don’t go to Hardee’s often, but their advertising and coupon in our local newspaper for the Philly steak breakfast burrito caught our attention. We hit the drive through with great anticipation, only to be told they don’t offer that here. Okay, no problem. The breakfast Crunchwrap is right next door at Taco Bell, and we know we love that. Bye!

Went in to get a milkshake the employees were not courteous acted as if they didn’t want to speak milkshake was nothing more than a cup of chocolate milk and wasn’t really cold when asked if the ice cream machine was working was basically ignored and never spoke would not recommend this Hardee’s to anyone and will not be going back the cup of chocolate milk cost about $8.50 could have gotten a couple of gallons of cold chocolate milk for less
