Today was my wife’s birthday and I am a last minute type of person when it comes to making plans…. I was thinking about BBQ for dinner. I sent BIG DAN a text asking if he could make it happen. He did. We have some pretty tough judges on BBQ in our house, but I knew that he was the right guy to contact. Everyone loved it. He will be our go to guy from here on out.
