Ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza. The costumer service was good as Sal was very friendly. Sadly, the pizza was a bit overdone and a little too much on the crunchy side. Flavor wasn’t bad but overall not the best.

Is a really good place and I see some people with bad reviews please you going to a good place You have to wait if you want a real good food I order All the time and always I make sure I tip the deliver because if you go to pick up your food you have to spend time + gas or if you pay taxi it’s gonna cost you $10 please don’t be cheap people

The food is pretty good. Prices are fine. If U have a mistake issue, they fix it. It’s no culinary cuisine, but I recommend them. I can only speak for the Chestnut ridge location. I haven’t eaten at their other locations.

Recently I moved to Nanuet. So of course needed to explore the food in this area. For weeks I was going back and forth deciding what pizza restaurant to try first. I decided Sal’s for the location close to my apt. I ordered small pie pepperoni/Sausage with 9 mild wings. My order was ready and shop was nice and quaint. Sal was inviting as he was excited my first time to try his product. Pie smelled so good on the short ride home. I worked up my appetite and enjoyed my first bite. Not bad but dough was chewy. Topping were ok but didn’t taste the sausage. Wings were not crispy almost soggy. Sauce was blended into wings. No sauce residue at all either on wings or in container. I dipped them a container of blue cheese dressing that was maybe 1/4th full. Will try 3-4 other locations for my go to pizza spot. Sal missed the boat on flavor. Anyway nice personality Sal.

Worst service i ever had to deal with. After we ordered, the food arrived cold, and 3 hours later, plus half of it was missing. The worst part is that, without us asking him to come back, the delivery guy returned 2 HOURS AFTER (11 o’clock at night) with the rest of our order and kept aggressively knocking on our hotel room’s door until we would open and pay him for it. I absolutely do NOT recommand this restaurant!!

Fried mushrooms were terrible the Seafood pizza was even worst. I don’t know why they have items on the menu you can tell they really don’t take pride in. Very disappointed. When ordering from them just get the usuals pepperoni or cheese pizza that’s all there are good at.

Yesterday I placed an order at 6:52pm using a debit card I was told the food would take about 30 mins. Food didn’t get to my house which is about 7 mins away (Google maps says 6 mins) until after 8:05pm. Since the food took so long I decided to just give a tip of $2 & the delivery man had the nerve to ask for more money using the excuse of being busy. If you’re business is busy why would you tell me my food will be a half an hr? Tell me you’re busy & it will be 45 mins to an hr or just an hr. After I told him why he only got $2 he told me not to order from them again, that’s fine. What is also not k is that they over charged the card. Then I decided to tell my sister who I live with to not order from them again either, she says she isn’t bc they over charged her card $5 after she even tipped the delivery guy $5 cash. I wish i knew his name but all I know is he a Spanish guy who is rude & disrespectful. My advice order from somewhere else bc that is unacceptable.
