Went to the Buda location. As always the food is AMAZING! Tried their Agua Fresca pineapple and watermelon this time. Both were also delicious. Just wish the seating area was more accommodating especially during these hot summer days. Picnic tables are under the sun with no shade. I like the fact that I can order ahead and just pick up and pay when I arrive.

There isnt a bathroom so be prepared but there is a very good clean grocery poco loco right next to it for restrooms. The food was fantastic 100/10 all around, love the outdoor seating and the staff was friendly and kind. I will be coming back here every-time we drive through.

I have never had birria before and was a little nervous about trying this place but I was pleasantly surprised. The birria was messy but delicious. Their aquas frescas are amazing. The food truck is in the middle of no where but worth the drive. What are you waiting for? Go try it!

I’ve had this place on my watch list ever since I saw someone post about a Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich. This is a family owned business with two locations, I visited the Buda location. The guy taking my order was great and I ordered the Birria Melt…Texas Toast filled with tender Beef Birria and cheese with onions, cilantro, green salsa, and a cup of consommé. This is a SIGNIFICANT sandwich and the flavors are incredible. The beef is so tender and the marinade used gives it great flavor that shines through everything. When you add all of the other ingredients to the sandwich and dip it into the consommé, you will experience a Birria religious moment! Plus…I washed it down with a Mexican Coke!!!

Food was good, but service was horrible and the limes they gave me for my tacos were going bad and looked brown and I went and gave them back to them and they gave me some limes that were just as brown

Extremely salty especially the consomme, salsa verde, and birria ramen …could not finish our food it ended up in the trash $70 worth.. Agua fresca was okay but a bit too sweet added some water so that’s what made it okay
