Went on a Friday evening pretty busy. Service was fast. Waited less than a minute for each round of drinks. Waited less than 10 minutes for food. You can tell they have developed fast and efficient system.

I had to try their fish fry for Good Friday. I ordered on-line it was very easy. Went in to pick it up I was a little past 5pm (the time I scheduled for my pick up). They were so busy (so you know the food would be good). After waiting for about 5 min I was able to let the bartender know I was here for my order. About 15 minutes later my food was ready. The place was loud but had a great atmosphere. So quick synopsis the food was great, the staff was friendly so I will be back and I suggest you try the place.

Got a to go Fish fry on a Friday night. It was just ok compared to local standards. The fish was good. The coleslaw portion was too small. The fries were like Burger King. No ketchup, and the tater sauce was mayo with a few relish bits. Open to trying other dishes here but will go elsewhere for my beloved fish fry.

The owner/hostess was nasty and condescending at the entry podium. When we were sat we asked to move 2 tables on the side patio under the overhang together to accommodate our party of 5 and were told NO. There were no other patrons in this section when were seated @ 3:30 PM and were told the tables were reserved. We finished our meal and left @ 5:00 PM. No one had yet been seated at any of the several tables @ our departure. We will not patroni,e this new establishment again.

Visiting back home for Thanksgiving and went to this place with my siblings. Great overall atmosphere, and a great place to try local (New York) beers, wines and whiskeys. Cool concept, good drinks, great time, I would love to come back here next time I’m in town.

We sat outside which was covered and shaded. There were some lawn games and giant Jenga. We had the cheese curds, which for 11 we got a ton; well worth the price. The buffalo wrap was good but the star was the french fries. They were cooked perfectly.

The hostess snuck us in before a loaded reservation list on a Friday and the service from the wait staff to the kitchen was outstanding. The broiled fish fry was the best I’ve had. A bit noisy but that’s what happens when you get a lot of people. Definitely worth it

We’ve been coming to the Underpass since it’s inception a little over a year ago. There is something for everyone – bring your family, team, grandparents, kids – it is a very friendly & family-oriented place. They have a covered outdoor patio, fire pit, frequent live music, extensive craft beer selection that is always changing & a delicious, well-rounded menu. But what is truly five-star worthy at the Underpass is their amazing staff – you will most certainly get “service with a smile”, from management to servers to bartenders to the kitchen staff, everyone goes out of their way to ensure you receive their best. They also have party room space for your next event. If you haven’t been to the UP, you are missing out – get there today!

First time at this bar & grill. Very good experience. Learned a lot about it from our server, Meghan. Food was excellent and plentiful. Reasonably priced, even for wines and soda. Great outside patio seating available. Looking forward to coming with a couple of groups. Only downside was the music was a bit loud for comfortable table conversation.
