Been ordering from here for years now and they always do a great job. I ordered a pizza at 10:50 (they close at 11). I place an order at least every 2 weeks for pick up at this location. They’re always very quick to make my order when i order to pick up “asap” and they never messed up an order for me. The folks who run the place keep the place clean and well organized. If you take a pic of your pizza and send the picture to the email on the box, they email you a bogo coupon for your next visit.

Manager is a woke belligerent college age young him that had his minions acting weird as well because they couldn’t get some pizzas completed as ordered. So bad I will never order here again. What is it with these places in Royse City and their food quality and such these days? We ordered pick up two pizzas. One topping we’re going to be $40 plus tax then got there and the pizzas were not even right the manager could not explain the pricing and there is no pricing posted inside the store so I guess nowadays you just pay whatever the going rate is that day. Gave them our CC info ahead of time but was not told a total till we were there- weird too. The toppings were sparse for a $20 pizza.

Ordered a pizza and order was wrong. Delivered only half. Called the location and had to explain the problem 5 times. Asked to speak with manager and then I was hung up on. Finally spoke with the manager shift manager Curtis. He offered to remake the pizza so having to wait for the other half the order. Asked for a coupon/credit on the next order and was denied. So they do not honor there service at all. Asked to speak with Gabby the general manager and was told she was too busy to deal with customers. Wow! Will not be back. Oh whoever lives at 6016 bailey way I have your pizza.
