Just terrible, always messing up simple orders. Management doesn’t seem to care. Always an attitude and they get mad when you give it back, well respect goes both ways. The night workers are worse than the morning workers. I’ve worked fast food for years, and I still know how to do the bare minimum and just do what the job is and not being extra. Not seeking a fancy service, all that is needed is to give me what I paid for and ordered, then go the hell home. Shouldn’t be more difficult than that.

I went to this location, because it was convenient, and not too far out of the way. The parking lot was clean and surprisingly bigger than other locations within the area. As soon as I pulled up to the drive thru menu, I was politely asked to please give them a minute. Afterwards, I was given an apology for the wait, and told to proceed with my order. My order was confirmed before pulling forward, and twice at the window. I was also asked twice if I wanted any condiments, and they conveniently placed the two different sandwiches I ordered on the top. The temperature of the food was perfect and overall, it was a pleasant experience, which is rare nowadays. I could’ve paid less for a bigger breakfast elsewhere, but I wanted convenience and something quick. White Castle isn’t known for their speed, but this location is faster than others.

Picking up 2 doordash orders both were almost ready as I was near when received. Employees stepped up their game when I arrived and I was there no longer then 5 mins. Thank you for understanding we also have a job to do as dashers. Awesome job

I stood right at the front counter for a solid 5 minutes very patiently and the young lady and older male employee made me feel like I was a ghost, literally. Didn’t even get a “hello, we will be right with you!” Instead when I asked if the lobby was closed they FINALLY look at me and say “no we’re just busy.” Just sad and no etiquette. Hate the world we live in. Working in customer service myself, I WOULD NEVER NOT greet a customer. It’s common courtesy. 2/15/2023 at 7:20pm.
