When I bite my burger it tasted funny so I took a photo of it, and I felt like someone was looking at me and I saw the girl who rang me up just staring at me and quickly looked away after I looked away. I looked at my husband’s wagyu burger and it looked well done, but when I took a bite out of my deluxe wagyu burger it was mostly pink. I asked the pink hair lady why my burger was pink and she told me that it’s suppose to be medium rare, and that my husband’s was also medium rare. I asked, “But why does my husband’s look more cooked than mine?” She never gave me an answer only that the burgers are medium rare. I showed her the two burgers to compare them, but she turned her back on me and didn’t seem interested because she was quietly chitter chattering to her coworker whispering and then she called someone on the phone and I heard her talking about me talking about the pink burger I got.She then said she will just give me a refund for the burger instead of cook me another one. I said ok, thank you, and the fry cook guy came out of nowhere and walked to the register and gave me a refund because I think the pink hair girl got annoyed at me. I would have given them a zero but my husband said 2 stars is polite. I just wish customer service in America is the same as it is in Japan.

I went through the drive-thru so it was a typical experience. The food was good but there was nothing particularly special about it. It was hot and good though. The man at the drive-thru greeted me as normal and asked if I wanted sauces. He provided what I asked for, but at one point I didn’t know if he’d heard me because he didn’t respond. Anyway…. there wasn’t anything had about the visit. I put average on atmosphere since I went through the drive-thru and really don’t have an opinion on atmosphere.

The two big ladies they got working the window need to be FIRED. The restaurant industry is not for them and I’ve learned that over the course of the past couple months of me coming there. They are RUDE, nasty, and just not people you need to have working in food. Y’all got the meats alright.

I love the brand. This is what I do with the half-pounder. 1ea pkt horsey, bbq, 3-spice, massaged into the meat. 350df until it starts crisping. Toast the bun, and add a slice of provolone. They forgot my au jus last trip. HH6 was not pleased.
