This was my first time going there. It took a few minutes for the host to realize that we were waiting to be seated at the front. However, when you sit down and actually get to look at the beauty of the restaurant, it’s amazing! Unfortunately, the service is very slow to bring out drinks and I’m not sure who is at fault for the slow food service (kitchen or staff). The food that they did have was a 8/10. I had the the beef tacos for $10. The tacos were a bit small but they threw in a 4th taco for free so I was pretty pumped about that. It was served on a nice hot plate and the toppings were delicious. The chips and salsa was also VERY good. I’m glad they have the thick chips instead of the thin ones that break easily.

I love the atmosphere when you walk in. The lights, the fountain, the stage and the seating. So much availability inside and out. The food was great, I ordered a caeser salad with chicken and martini. Only main problem is my bartender was on her phone not checking on me or others at the bar. We all ordered food (we didn’t know each other) and she was comfortable on her phone FaceTiming and chatting. I had to get up and actually ask her to get off her phone and check on our phone and ask if we could have more drinks. She then proceeded to only talk to me in Spanish but clearly understood me because before you know it the hostess brought me and many others their food and served more drinks. Even though my drink wasn’t made correctly the hostess, Diana made it comfortable and corrected everything. So again a lovely place but I highly recommend they recheck their staff and train them better or maybe get rid of that one young lady. It’s hard to say but either way I had a great experience with everything else and would recommend this location to others. Just again remove her or train better to allow better customer service.

Visited the recently opened Coco Miel on Montana on St Patrick’s Day. We went there to listen to a trio: Oscar Ayala, Gary, and Dennis. We enjoyed the good music and ambiance. A mature group enjoying tasty dinners and adult drinks. Nice time!

The only thing bad about this place is how little customers there are everytime we go. The food is amazing and the bartender is very attentive to us everytime. Pizza is my all time favorite food and i told my wife this is my pizza joint from now on. 10/10

The Waitress was most interested in servicing her friends. Sat them down at the bar they got refills and food. Waitress ate with her friends before our food arrived (granted she did not sit to eat) she ate off of their plate. Waited more than an hour for our food. We had to get the attention of another wait staff that we had been waiting on our order. Got one of our orders totally wrong. We had to bring it to another wait staff attention that we were out of drinks. We were there to support the Mariachi group. The music kept us there. We had to walk up to the bar staff to pay our bill. This is the one and only time the waitress moved to attend to us. She feared we were not going to pay.

We were a group of 9 who attended the restaurant on Mothers Day. Upon arriving there was only one other group being served. The music was nice. There were a female and someone else who appeared to be setting up for a graduation party. It didn’t take long to be served however our waiter was the bartender. The poor bartender was doing several jobs at once. Refills took awhile.

I was very disappointed in this place! I was recommended by a coworker and decided to have a retirement dinner for our principal. We had great communication with Sasha. She sent pictures and how it would look. We were very excited and happy to give our principal the best retirement dinner. Unfortunately as we got there. Sasha had reserved another party in place of ours and did absolutely nothing to accommodate us. On top of that she argued with us make us feel like it was our fault. She expected a party reserved for 35 to sit separate across the whole restaurant. If I could put zero stars I would but it only allows me to put one. Sadly It ruined the whole night for everyone.

The food was amazing, BUT the service was pretty bad, especially since they were slow. The waiter and the manager just kept blaming the kitchen. Waited for our appetizer for 1 hour (never came) and our food order was wrong (though the waitress wrote down the order). Tired of waiting, we ate the food anyway. Food was still great, just very disappointing with lack of service. Maybe only 3-4 tables with at least 5 servers and manager that we’re not helpful.

We had schedule a gathering more than a week in advance. Pictures were exchanged with “person in charge” someone by the name of Sasha, since no one was available to talk to in person since venue was closed on the day she told us to go to talk to her.
