Where do I start? I placed my order over the phone, and the person I talked to was very short with me. People have bad days, so it was whatever. They told me it would be about 15 minutes. I placed my order in the car, hung up and got there about 7 minutes early. I usually do that so the food is as hot as possible. I go in and tell them I’m picking up an order, expecting to have to wait for it to be completed since I’m early. To my surprise, they immediately went back and handed me a pizza box. The box felt warm, so I didn’t think anything else of it, besides the fact that they are using some sort of black magic to make the pizzas so fast. I ordered a simple pepperoni with extra cheese. I put my order in my car, in a pizza bag that I bought on Amazon to keep takeout food hot. I get home and go to eat, and I find that the pizza is already lukewarm. Aside from that, the crust was stale and the pizza tasted oddly sweet. There was also a pickle slice on it for some reason?!?! My guess is that someone else never picked up their order and instead of throwing it away, they gave it to me so they didn’t have to make another one and it sat for who knows how long. Cheap and disgusting practice to save on money and just pure laziness. Ruined my movie night! That’s what I get for trying something new. Will just get Pizza Hut next time.

They mess up the first pizza. Crust hard and all bad. So today they place this time I got a taco pizza. Got it home it had a smell and tasted bad. Like Spoiled! So sad they use to have good food. I AM SO DONE!

Do not go here !!! Ordered take-out pizza. Sitting in my car, they hand delivered great!! After driving down the road, I lifted the lid. Looks like they threw the veggies on after it was half-baked. Cheese wasn’t melted. Horrible, horrible.

I had an Italian sub, and it was really bland. I wish they had “cooked” it longer because it was just barely warm and wasn’t really browned at all. I imagine people that get subs will understand what I mean.

Ok for starters we got a pizza a year ago and it was not good at all said I would never go back.. so today people talking about thier wing special so I thought I would try. Well should of just stuck with my first experience.. wings was very small,the meat was gone, half wings with just bone and burned meat on them.. will NEVER GO BACK. They shouldnt even get 1 star

Ordered pick up on a Friday night. It was a 45 minute wait which is no problem as Friday nights are pizza nights for many people! Got there a few minutes early and ended up waiting another 15 minutes before being acknowledged. No worries. They were VERY busy! But when I got my wings, they were very cold. Like they’ve been sitting out for a long time. The pizza was warm which was fine, but just moving to Kenton and searching for the best pizza and wings joint, and I was very disappointed that this one was not it, as we’ve heard great things! Maybe will try on a week night where they’re not so busy, but definitely not a good first impression!

Went inside to eat with my family of 3. Empty restaurant we were the only ones eating in. Seated ourselves no big deal. My daughter was excited to play the arcade games, and I figured we could play a few before being waited on. Waited patiently for about 10 minutes and decided to go up to the register to ask if maybe we were suppose to come up there and order because we had never been there before. I had watched her give out take out orders to four customers already. When I asked her if we ordered up there she said “no I’ll be right over.” So I went back and sat down, played some more games and another 10-15 minutes went by and no one came to even ask us what we wanted to drink.

I ordered quite a bit a few nights ago, and they got it to me 10 min before the expected delivery. Not going to lie, probably not a good idea to order fries and tenders for delivery because they got cold, but were fresh cut and easy to heat up and still delicious. But their Alfredo is absolutely amazing.
