Avoid this location at all costs. This will be the absolute last time I ever order from here. The food is always old or overcooked. We got nacho cheese instead of american cheese on both burgers. Stale cold fries and the baked potato looked like it was left out all night and reheated the next day. Even its coloring was off. Unfortunately, it all ended up in the trash. I tried calling the restaurant directly and no one answers.

Horrible experience! Do not waste your time and money going to this place. I ordered a number 6 combo. Sandwich was incomplete only came with a cold chicken and bun. I called the store and spoke to the manager on-site name Andrea. She stated that they were out of mayo at the moment and that the general manager prohibits employees to let customers know that they are out of ingredients. However, I paid the full amount for something that was incomplete and cold. The manager provided horrible customer service via phone.

Ordered a baconator combo & a spicy bacon jalapeño chicken sandwich combo. The young man at the window did not greet us nor smile..he also didn’t provide us with a receipt. Also, we were asked to pull forward even though there was literally NOBODY else there. Eyeballed the bags once they were brought to the window to make sure everything was correct…one sandwich was wrapped as a burger & the other a chicken sandwich. All condiments and sides were in the bag so we assumed all was well. Got home to find out BOTH sandwiches were beef (which I don’t eat) and now they won’t answer their phone even after calling multiple times so I can have the mistake corrected. Not to mention, both beef sandwiches seemed to look really dry (my partner confirmed hers was — as if the meat was old & sitting under a heat lamp for a long time or microwaved to reheat) I really wish Wendy’s would compensate me for the gas I’m now going to have to waste to go have the issue corrected. Also I think y’all should get a new staff for this location because obviously (according to past reviewers as well) this is common behavior for them and nobody that works at this location seems to care or do anything to change the behaviors and poor customer service. I don’t understand how you ask someone to pull forward & wait to still provide them with an incorrect order!? The extra time you all like to take by making people pull forward should ensure that everything is correct…NOPE! Sure hope we don’t get sick due to poor cleanliness/food safety issues.

No one at the front counter knew how to scan the Wendy’s rewards app. Even the manager couldn’t seem to figure it out. Why offer a rerewards program when the staff cannot process it? Ordered a double stack, burger barely warm. Most soft drink varieties unavailable.

I’m not sure if it was a bad night for them but the entire experience was weird and kinda bad. We waited a long time for our food. When I finally got home my fries were massively over cooked. They’re completely brown and almost burnt. It wasn’t a good night.

Their menu is updated enough to have their new food offerings but shows incorrect prices. I ordered a frosty that the menu said was $1.49 and was charged $1.89+ tax. When I mentioned this to the manager on duty he just said all they haven’t updated it and then made it difficult for me to get my receipt. They never have any sauces in stock and they aren’t as good as they used to be.

The staff did not help me right away. They helped me after 13 minutes of waiting, when there was no one else there. There were 7 employees in the back. The fries were cold and not crispy. Also the sandwich was just thrown together with no care. The best part was the frosty.
