Great experience, l was greeted as soon as l walked in the door. The dining room was clean, bathrooms were clean, lobby was stocked. Tamra was my cashier and she was delightful, a breathe of fresh air. You can tell she was new so hopefully she can maintain this energy. The food was hot and my order correct. Well done Biscuitville, this is how a shift should be run, l will be back.

I can only think of 1 time I came to get pancakes and they were fresh. I never write reviews but this place is too new to the area to not care already. We don’t have many options in siler city so please do better. I always check my pancakes when I am in drive thru because when they 1st opened I thought it was just honest mistakes everyone was learning etc. But someone picked these up and put them in the container they know for sure they wouldn’t eat them. the corners was so hard. When I showed the guy at drive thru he said we have fresh ones down pull up and someone would bring them out. No apologies no wait time luckly id just got off work so i wasnt in a hurry. I would usually pull out and pull into McDonald’s. But I decided to check this time because I don’t want to waste money. Just last week I was there got home to find a hair in my biscuit. I drove back and the lady remade the whole order and offered me 2 coupons for sweets. She asked if I wrote a review I said no. She said it was the 2nd complaint of the day about hair in the biscuit. It’s time to train and hold these people accountable.

Had a quick breakfast here on the way to the zoo. The cashier Kim took my order efficiently but also was helpful when I asked about the sausage gravy biscuits. After I had my order at the table she asked if I needed anything. When I was done and leaving she used my name to ask how everything was. I was surprised she remembered my name with all the orders she takes in a morning. Also the biscuits were so fluffy and hot

We stopped to get breakfast via drive thru and the guy took our order, wonderful. I believe he was training. By the time we got to the window they were trying to figure something out and stood there and talked about the new guys number or something to get him set up at the first window. That should’ve been done prior to opening up for customers. Fast food, not a Sunday get together. People have places to be. Then they didn’t give me a fork or spoon for my grits. So we had to turn around. So we got there and went back through the drive thru and asked the woman for a fork and she got smart mouth and said “you need a spoon?” I wasn’t going to sit there and argue with her about spoon v fork. They both serve the same purpose. A fork would’ve been fine.. preferred, actually. Anyway. Got the spoon. Started on our way. About 20 minutes later, se realized they gave us the wrong biscuit. We got a sausage biscuit instead of the bologna biscuit my husband asked for but it was correct on the receipt.

The biscuits were hard and the egg was over cooked and cold. Go figure! Definitely not worth what they charged! Almost $12 for 2 egg and cheese biscuits and a med. drink. I won’t be returning to this biscuitville. Second time trying this one and it was horrible both times.

The biscuit sanwiches are amazing, and so are their seasoned potato wedges. Try the country ham biscuit you won’t be disappointed!

Austin took my order, very nonchalant at 6:30am, all smiles. Kim came out the back with Toni and also greeted me. Fresh food and amazing deserts which are made from scratch (you’ll see the dough station

It’s packed and still faster than MCD so far. Stopped by this weekend to try it out. Had a line two rows deep part of the way around the building. Was amazed at how fast I got around. The food was delicious.
