This man knows flavor! Best meal in a long while. Owner is very friendly and knows how to treat his guests. We came in without reservations, but he made the extra effort to quickly clear a table and serve us. The best aloha spirit outside of Hawaii!

Just did a “top rated” search and set out walking. Was an added bonus to see it was Guy approved. Locals & visitors alike rave about how good it was and now I can say they’re right. Living in Fl, we have lots of Cuban food, but not with this much variety! Don’t leave Fairbanks without trying this place!

Incredible little find! Came during the week so it was moderately slow which was nice, we got a table right away. Host was super nice, I guess this place has been on the food network and after having the food i can see why! Cuban food and tapas! I’m very happy i did not share my shrimp cocktail which was incredibly delicious but filling on its own. It was like a hearty stew and I highly recommend it! Pollo con Crema… my goodness… the chicken itself was amazing without the sauces but the crema and goodness surrounding it is seriously top notch. Great selection on wines, the beers you’d expect, i didn’t see any spirits but with all the wine i didn’t miss it. Great food, amazing insta worthy presentation, lovely service! A little pricier than other places but the food quality makes it worth every cent!

This is an amazing authentic Cuban restaurant in the middle of Fairbanks just steps from the Spring Hill Suites. The food is fantastic and the service and environment are top-notch. If you are in Fairbanks you should stop in. I highly recommend it!
