Honestly this place is fine. Just as good as any other chipotle. The only reason for this review is they started keeping a stock of pre-warmed side tortillas to hand out with burrito bowls, and they are disgusting. I hope they stop doing that.

My sister was treating me to lunch. Ordered me a burrito bowl for pick up. When we opened it up at home we realized they missed the main ingredients (rice and beans). At first I thought what a small portion they gave us, then I realized there was no rice or beans, The bowl was filled with soggy vegetables, salsa, and lettuce only.

My order was to go. As always, food was fantastic. Although the service was just above poor. And can you believe the cashier asked if I wanted a bag. Well, of course I do when I go thru the drive thru at any fast food place, they put my food in a bag. .25 for a lunch size PAPER BAG !!! Food is already a little expensive but well worth. Many businesses are already taking advantage of customers. They don’t even do their job. We, the customer, do more and more of their job everyday

Intentionally under serves. When I was given a half a scoop of protein I asked for more… they gave me 2 extra cubes of meat. They also charge for a bag without letting you know there will be a bag fee. $10 for half a bowl. That is what you will pay here

This Chipotle consistently screws up our orders and shorts on portions when we order online. We can almost always expect to get the opposite of what ever whatever request on the app with regards to light, or extra of certain toppings. Today our child’s quesadilla wasn’t even cooked, all food was cold even though we picked it up right on time, and the chicken in the bowls was burnt to a crisp. Don’t think we will continue to waste money here, food is expensive enough these days.

Something isn’t right with this location. Chipotle food safety management needs to do a thorough investigation. If you eat any food that makes you go to the bathroom uncontrollably after 2-3 hours of the digestive period, it means the food is unsanitary.

Even though this chipotle is on the Louisville side, everything about it is Superior. When I walked in it was being run by high schoolers listening to the Minecraft soundtrack. They called me “sir” even though I’m at most 3 years older than them. Food was delicious. Much better than the 28th street store.
