So I ordered food from here for my wife, son and myself. The food was actually regular portions (surprising for this location) as many have said before they skimp ALOT on portions of everything. Now with all that let me start with the bad… The Manager at least I think he’s the manager… older guy rude as HELL. I FORGOT HE WORKED HERE OR WOULD NOT HAVE COME TO THIS LOCATION. I went in and got my food off the table. I grabbed forks and a straw and he rudely says there is a straw in the bag.. I smile and say oh there is? He says ya and rolls his eyes and gives me this dirty look. Normally I would have gone off but I am trying to be a better person and just left. As I was leaving a little girl asked for something and he was rude to her too. Like this guy is horrible. The employees seem like they don’t even want to work for him. Another time he actually yelled at an employee for putting too much meat on a burrito in front of a line of customers. Very unprofessional and definitely not management materiel. Don’t want anyone to lose their job… but this guy?!?!

There is a manager that works here and he is not friendly at all. Why work with people if you can’t stand them? Even the other employees looked upset working under this guy (I assume he is the manager). He would throw the food together, literally, gave my husband dirty looks when he asked if there was a straw in the bag, and even rude to a little girl asking for a napkin. I don’t know if there’s a mental issue here or what … but it’s not a good experience ordering from this location. I’ll stick with the location in Clinton.

I went there last week, I went to go get a salad I was debating if going to this location or Clinton but this one was closer. I run a restaurant and working in the food industry we are all about freshness of food and hospitality with every customer and the MOD (Manager on duty) was an old man like 50 years old. Was very rude and no professionalism with employees or customers at all. Not to mention the steak was super old and dry. I will definitely just go to the Clinton location absolutely worth the drive.

Go to the Clinton location instead. Waited in line and when I got all the way up to start ordering, the inform me that there is no rice. (there was a big windstorm today and lots of places had no power) I still don’t know what that had to do with the rice, he didn’t really give a good explanation, but hey, I’ll let it go. My main issue is why don’t you have the 2 employees at the door telling people this upon entering? I would have left then because I love the rice. So I get some nachos and a salad for my wife. My nachos were cooked way too much as you can see, and they forgot my wife’s salad dressing in the bag. Totally disappointing, and will not be returning back to this store. Go to clinton to see how an efficient costa vida is run.
