Went in on a Thursday evening about 8pm. There were 3 customers in the restaurant beside us. The counter area with all the food was a disaster. Food all over the edges of the food bins. It had not been wiped clean in quite a while.Every table inside was dirty so we went outside. Every trash can was so full we had great difficulty disposing of our trash. I am not used to other Chipotles looking bad like this.

Customer service was awful… the girl at the register was extremely rude to my grandmother who was only trying to make sure she was getting the right change back. She had a major attitude problem and definitely shouldn’t be that way to customers. Don’t recommend this chipotle.

I went here to get dinner expecting good customer service. These two young girls working (one named cooper) both in high school were extremely rude. They would not look me in the eye, seemed bothered, and got mad when I asked if they vinaigrette. They seemed as if they were annoyed I was ordering food. Get yourself some new workers with better attitudes. Do better chipotle!!

I had a mixed green/ brown rice steak bowl topped with tomato, mild salsa, sour cream & avocado. It was “okay” for what it is, it’s spicy but lacks flavor. Customer service was friendly enough. Not crazy about the paper straws that dissolve with every sip.

I’m unfortunately done trying to give them another chance. This location has never measured up. My food is wrong more often than right. The portions are always way off. My rice was undercooked and my burrito so sloppily thrown together it fell apart after one bite into my lap. I’ve given fifth and sixth chances for this location to get it right but I recommend you drive ti Blacksburg for chipotle or just get lunch elsewhere as you’ll likely be disappointed.

1st let me point out that Chipotle needs some training as a whole! The way to contact customer service, extremely lacks service! If you make a mistake there is no way to contact either store, or change the order, or cancel the order! 1 STAR IS BEING KIND! I am going to have to use my bank to get a refund, because chatting with “PEPPER”?? IS SO ABSURD, and Completely Bad Customer service! I attempted 4 times to get the point across that they made a mistake and sent my order to the wrong location! WHOA! HELLO?? PISS POOR SERVICE!! ” chat with pepper!? Another One bites the dust!

Ordered pick up for 2:20, it was 2:48 when I got my lunch. If you are thinking about going for lunch at work, save yourself the stress and don’t use the pick up, go inside and wait in line. I don’t understand the point of having the pick up line service if they can’t even follow how it’s supposed to work. Luckily I had an hour for lunch but I could have been late coming back and gotten into trouble at work simply because I was trapped in line waiting for overly priced food I paid for.
